FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT WILDLIFE EXCLUSION

  • What is wildlife exclusion?

Exclusion reduces animal access by sealing or protecting entry points. It can include screening vents, closing gaps and repairing vulnerable areas. Our inspection identifies the work your home needs.

  • Does exclusion include animal removal?

Removal and exclusion can be part of the same plan. If animals are present, we'll explain how to address them and which entry repairs are needed before final closure.

  • Can you seal an opening right away?

First, animal activity needs assessment. Wildlife or dependent young may still be inside. We consider the species and conditions before final sealing, so avoid covering an active opening yourself.

  • Is fixing one hole enough?

Sometimes, but other access points may be hidden from the ground. We inspect accessible areas and explain whether your home needs one repair or work in several locations.

  • Can wildlife return after exclusion?

New damage or worn materials can create another entry point. Exclusion addresses the areas included in the work. Contact us about renewed activity so the cause can be investigated.

  • How much does wildlife exclusion cost?

Pricing depends on the openings, access, materials and repairs involved. Animal removal can also affect the scope. An inspection lets us explain the work and provide an estimate.
