FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT ATTIC CLEAN UP

  • Do I need cleanup after wildlife removal?

An inspection helps determine that. Waste, nests, odors and damaged insulation may remain after animals leave. Our findings show whether your attic needs a limited cleanup or more extensive work.

  • Can you clean the attic while animals remain?

Active wildlife needs to be addressed as part of the plan. Before cleanup, we assess animal activity and access points so the same areas aren't exposed to fresh contamination.

  • Will odor treatment solve the whole problem?

Odor treatment alone may leave the cause behind. We look for waste, nesting debris or a concealed animal and explain whether removal, treatment or both are needed.

  • Can I vacuum up the droppings myself?

Avoid sweeping or vacuuming dry rodent droppings, which can spread contaminated dust. Keep children and pets away, leave suspected wildlife waste undisturbed and contact us to discuss cleanup.

  • What should I do before the inspection?

Tell us about sounds, odors and earlier wildlife work. If possible, clear the floor below the attic entrance without entering or disturbing contaminated areas.

  • How much does dead animal removal cost?

The price depends on where the animal is, how it can be reached and the cleanup required. Share what you've noticed when you contact us. An assessment helps us explain the work and estimate the cost.
